As the new year approaches, it’s the perfect time for Pony Club committees, instructors, volunteers and families to reset, refresh and get organised for the season ahead. A little preparation now can make the year run more smoothly and help everyone focus on what really matters — enjoying Pony Club and supporting our riders.

Making sure positions are filled, responsibilities are clearly understood, and contact details are up to date helps prevent confusion later in the season. It’s also a great time to welcome new volunteers and ensure they feel supported from the start.
