Camp Grant Application

In exciting news the Pony Club NSW Camp Grant is back!

All Pony Club NSW Clubs or Zones are eligible to apply for the Camp Grant Funding on completion of their camp.

Base Figures for Eligible Camps

Mini Camp – 2 full days of instruction                                    $500

Camp – 3 or more full days of instruction                              $1000

Then add on applicable amount, dependent on number of riders attending

Attendees above 30 riders                        $200

Attendees above 50 riders                        $300

Attendees above 100 riders                      $500

The maximum amount payable is $1500 – as an example this would be for a camp that runs for 3 days or more and has over 100 riders. The rider attendance allocation does not accumulate but does attract a higher set fee for larger numbers. A camp that runs for 4 days and has 25 riders attend would be eligible to receive $1000.

 Eligibility

• The grant is for camps run in the 12 month period between 1^st July 2026 and 30^th June 2027. Documentation must be received by 25^th June, 2027 to ensure payment within the required time.
• Clubs/Zones may apply for 2 camps per year. These camps may be 1 x full camp and 1 x mini camp OR 2 x mini camps.
• Camp days are education days only – a camp may hold a competition at their camp however a competition day DOES NOT count as a camp day.
• All clubs/Zones must be compliant with all aspects of Pony Club NSW requirements – this includes current Office Bearers forms lodged and club affiliation fee paid
• Clubs who receive the Camp Grant must acknowledge Pony Club NSW and the NSW Office of Sport for providing this funding.
• Clubs/zones must provide the required information with their submission:

1. Completed form
2. Advertisement of Camp
3. Eligible Camps must be multi discipline – please list disciplines offered
4. List of attendees including membership number and WWCC number for adults
5. Evidence camp was held– examples include social media posts, confirmation of ground booking, coach invoice, daily timetable
6. Invoice for payment – Pony Club NSW cannot make payment without an invoice.
