Application to Host a State Championship

Criteria:

Championships are hosted by a Zone. Zones are required to ste up and pack up for the event.

Zones are required to source and monitor the following positions.

  • Zone Contact
  • Stable / Camping Warden
  • Gear Checkers as much as possible
  • Events-specific personnel (Arena raking for Dressage, stockman for campdrafting etc)

Other roles but not essential from the Zone are

  • Judge Co-Ordinator
  • Chief Marshal
  • Scorer
  • Chief Gear Checker

 

The Advisory Committee and State Office will arrange the following officials

  • Technical Delegate/Horse Welfare Officer
  • First Aid
  • Photographer
  • Judges
  • Course builders
  • Chief Gear Steward

Full Costings are required in order to be able to process your application and access the suitability of your zone to host the event.
