Criteria:
Championships are hosted by a Zone. Zones are required to ste up and pack up for the event.
Zones are required to source and monitor the following positions.
- Zone Contact
- Stable / Camping Warden
- Gear Checkers as much as possible
- Events-specific personnel (Arena raking for Dressage, stockman for campdrafting etc)
Other roles but not essential from the Zone are
- Judge Co-Ordinator
- Chief Marshal
- Scorer
- Chief Gear Checker
The Advisory Committee and State Office will arrange the following officials
- Technical Delegate/Horse Welfare Officer
- First Aid
- Photographer
- Judges
- Course builders
- Chief Gear Steward
Full Costings are required in order to be able to process your application and access the suitability of your zone to host the event.
