Please Read First
There is no check-in required on arrival.
Stable lists, camping allocations and maps will be displayed at the main office. Please check these first before contacting the office.
All riders, parents, guardians and support crew are asked to read these notes carefully before arriving at the venue.

Arrival & Access
Please enter via the main gate off Roberts Road.
The gate has an automatic boom gate with 24/7 access.
Please refer to the attached maps for parking, stabling and camping areas. Be mindful of traffic, pedestrians and horse movements at all times.
Gear Rules & Important Competition Notes
Please refer to the Pony Club Australia National Gear Rules in conjunction with any exceptions listed in the event schedule.
Important reminders:
- Whips may now be carried in the dressage phase of either One Day Event or Combined Training.
- Callers are now allowed for dressage in both Eventing and Combined Training.
- Bitless bridles are not permitted.
- Approved helmets must be worn at all times when mounted.
Microchip Requirements
All horses MUST have a microchip.
Horses will be scanned at the dressage gear check.
If you have not yet provided your horse’s microchip number in your entry, please email it through as soon as possible so your entry can be finalised.

Stabling & Camping
Stables are allocated as per your booking and sawdust is included.
Stable lists and camping allocations will be displayed at the main office.
Unpowered Camping
Unpowered camping areas include:
- Behind the round yard / water jump area
- Additional camping along Roberts Road
- Additional space adjacent to the F yards, across from the round yard
Yards
BYO yards are permitted in unpowered camping areas only.
Strictly no BYO yards are permitted within the main compound or between the compound and round yard, including between powered site rows C and F.
Electric tape yards are not permitted.
Please be mindful of space and other competitors.
Powered Sites
Please be aware that some powered sites do not allow yards. Check your booking carefully.
Campfires
Campfires are permitted in designated camping areas only.
Fires must be contained within drums at all times. Please ensure fires are used responsibly and are fully extinguished before leaving them unattended or departing the venue.
Parking
Float and truck parking is to be as per the venue maps.
Day parking is available along Roberts Road.
Please follow all signage and directions from officials.
Power
Please be mindful of how much power you have plugged in.
Be considerate of other competitors and only use your allocated powered site.
Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
Dogs are not permitted in stable areas.
Where possible, competitors are encouraged to leave dogs at home.
Food, Feed & Supplies
Horse feed and supplies are available through Blairs Produce. Pre-ordering is recommended.

Please note there is no ice available onsite, however outlets are available nearby.
Facilities & Stable Cleaning
Toilets and showers are available onsite.
Stable Bond
A $50 stable bond applies.
Stables must be left completely clean of sawdust and manure.
General Venue Rules
Please remember:
- Helmets are required when mounted.
- Observe all speed limits.
- Be aware of cross-country crossings.
- Follow signage and instructions from officials.
- Be respectful of other competitors, volunteers, officials and venue staff.

Maps will be included with your draw and displayed at the main office.
Please refer to maps before contacting the office regarding camping, parking or stabling locations.
