Elysha Sargent
Operations & Accounts Manager
Elysha has been working in the equine industry for many years, from working in racing and competing to 2* eventing, she then worked for Equestrian NSW for 15 years where she was involved in all aspects of the organisation and running major events, such as State and National Interschools, Southern Cross and Horse of the Year Shows.
Elysha is also an FEI Eventing Steward, EA Medication Control Steward and Pony Club Preliminary Coach. Her family are members of Cobbity Pony Club in Zone 10.

Renee Delicata
Marketing, Branding & Communications Manager
Renee is from the Central Coast. She has a daughter that is part of the Matcham Valley Pony Club in Zone 24. She has been working in the Creative Media Industry for the past 22 years, which includes Graphic Design, Photography, Magazine, Social Media, Marketing and Business Management.
Renee has had roles in Pony Club that include Zone President and Club Secretary.
Renee works on our State Marketing Campaigns, Social Media Communications, the PonE News Magazine, the PonE Podcast, Advertising and Promotional Materials, Sponsorship, Awards and Competitions.

Jane Frankum
State Coaching Director
Jane Frankum is a long-time, permanent part time employee of Pony Club NSW as the State Coach & Coaching Manager.
Jane is an Equestrian Australia Level 2 Show jumping Specialist Coach and was a jumping competitor for many years. She also competed in Show Riding, Dressage, Jumping Equitation and Eventing and started her riding career at age 7 as a member of Cobbitty Pony Club.
Jane also runs an Equestrian events business running many Show jumping events each year varying from International level World Cup qualifiers down to the grass roots and Jumping Equitation competitions.
Before working for Pony Club NSW she began working at The University of Sydney as a casual academic teaching Veterinary Students and still does to this day.
Her main roles for Pony Club NSW are:-
- Training Instructors at State Instructors Schools
- Coaching Riders at Regional Schools
- Training assessors and examiners
- Managing all instructional related matters
- Preparing instructors workbooks, updating manuals and all instructional literature
- Organising Instructors Schools, Regional schools, Specialist Schools and Instructor Assessments
